Why Host Your Party With Us
At Body & Mind Fitness we specialize in making fitness fun! Our unique kid's birthday parties are a huge hit with kids and have them not only smiling and laughing but also working up a sweat!
Our fitness based parties include Aerial yoga for the more daring or TikTok Dance for those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground.
Our parties include a 45 minute lesson plus the use of our venue for cake cutting and gift opening. We also provide chairs and tables.
Our Aerial Yoga parties are suitable for ages 7+ and our TikTok parties for ages 6+
Our aerial yoga and Tik Tok dance parties are the perfect way for kids to have some fun and let loose. They'll learn new skills, get exercise, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
The cost is R200 per child with a 4 child minimum.
Party Options
Aerial Yoga Parties
In an aerial yoga party, kids will jump, climb, swing and invert themselves through a series of different postures and tricks while on a magical adventure.
Our parties are available in a variety of fun themes such as:
- Under the Sea
- Mythical creatures (unicorns and mermaids)
- Space
- Forest Adventure
- Super heroes
Children will learn a wide variety of different moves under the careful supervision of one of our qualified instructors.
We have 8 aerial yoga hammocks and can therefore only accommodate groups of up to 8 on individual hammocks or 16 if sharing hammocks.
We recommend that kids be ages 7+ as children younger than than 7 years old do tend to struggle and aren't able to follow instructions safely.
TikTok Dance Party
In our TikTok dance parties, we take a famous Tik Tik dance routine, teach it to you and your friends and once you all know it, we film it and upload it to TikTok with a hashtag of your choice. Then you and your friends can challenge others to do it too.
Or you can opt for something new and original. You choose a song and we will help you create a fun new routine that you can perform with your besties!
Our TikTok parties include photobooth props so that you and your friends can have fun and enjoy a TikTok photo shoot to create some memories of your awesome Birthday!
Also included:
Use of venue for 45 minutes for gift opening, gamees and cake cutting.
