Pole dancing combines elements of dance, gymnastics and body weight training to give you a full body workout. We offer beginner and intermediate pole dance fitness classes for women of all ages, sizes and abilities in the comfort of our private studio.

At Body & Mind Fitness we offer flexible packages such as vouchers and short-term contracts to suit all needs and budgets. Both options give you access to all of our classes - Aerial Yoga, Pole Fitness,  and group fitness classes, as well as access to both our studios.
